About

Join our organization as a Business Development Intern and gain meaningful, hands-on experience in driving client and company growth. In this role, you will work directly with the President to support ongoing business initiatives, client relationships, and strategic development projects. You’ll help clients identify and connect with top candidates, conduct market research, analyze industry trends, and assist in developing growth strategies that strengthen partnerships and expand our reach.

 

This internship offers a unique opportunity to learn the fundamentals of business development, talent acquisition, and strategic sales while gaining direct mentorship from executive leadership. It’s an ideal role for a motivated, entrepreneurial student eager to make an immediate impact in a dynamic environment.

 

 

Key Responsibilities

• Work directly with the President to support business development and client engagement initiatives

• Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to identify new opportunities

• Assist clients in finding and connecting with qualified candidates for open positions

• Support lead generation, outreach, and relationship-building efforts

• Contribute to strategy development and process improvement projects that drive company growth
   

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Communications, or a related field

• Hard-working, detail-oriented, and highly motivated to learn

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Excellent organizational and research abilities

• Ability to manage multiple priorities independently in a remote setting
